If ATE Pro isn't right for you, you can get your money back.
14-day refunds
Request a refund within 14 days of your first Pro purchase, or within 14 days of any renewal charge, and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time. After canceling you will not be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
How to ask
Reply to your receipt email or write to us at the contact address below with the email you used to subscribe. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Free checks
The free plan is free. Declined photos never use your daily check, so there is nothing to refund there.
