A few ground rules.
By using ATE, you agree to these terms. They describe what the service does and what we ask of you.
Be 18 or older
ATE is for adults. You must be at least 18 and confirm this before checking your first outfit. Do not upload photos of minors.
Use your own outfit photo
Upload an original photo of yourself that you have the right to use. Do not upload someone else’s photo, a celebrity screenshot, nudity, or underwear-only photos. Keep one outfit clearly featured. We can decline unsuitable photos without giving a score or using your check quota.
The score is clothing feedback
ATE uses AI and a published rubric to score the outfit for your selected occasion. It can make mistakes. Scores do not rate your body, face, attractiveness, or worth. Suggested fixes and predicted point gains are estimates; a higher score or a particular outcome is not guaranteed.
Free checks and fair use
Free access includes one new scored check per day per device and up to three uncached re-checks linked to the original check within 30 minutes. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. Cached results and rejections do not use check quota. Pro has a fair-use pause at 40 uncached scored checks per day. Rate limits and temporary service or spending limits can also apply.
Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh) as the merchant of record and authorized reseller of ATE Pro. Polar handles payment collection, applicable sales taxes, billing, and payment-related support. Annual and monthly plans renew unless canceled through the Polar customer portal. The plan, price, renewal period, and sandbox status are shown before checkout. Sandbox checkout does not charge real money. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law still apply.
Your photo and your results
You keep your rights to your photo. You allow ATE and its service providers to process it to produce your check and any share card you request. ATE does not save the photo or use it for training. Our Privacy page explains the score records, cookies, and provider processing. Share only content you have permission to share.
Use the service responsibly
Do not use ATE to harass people, submit unlawful content, bypass limits, or disrupt the service. We may restrict misuse or pause access when needed to operate the service. Availability and scoring speed are not guaranteed. Nothing here removes rights or protections you have under applicable law.
